Online Live Chat – Our Refund Policy

Trial license

We are so certain you’ll be satisfied with our live support software that we are offering you a free 30 day trial period. We want to give you the chance to get to know and love our product as much as we do without any financial pressure or commitment. Having a full 30 days will give you ample time to really get a feel for our product in your business environment and determine if it will suit your online help desk needs.
During your trial period, you are not required to submit your credit card information. At the end of the 30 days, if you are unsatisfied with Online Live Chat, you do not have to cancel anything. Your Online Live Chat account will simply stop working.

Paid Subscriptions

If you decide to become a subscribing customer to Online Live Chat’s help desk software, you will need to provide your credit card information, the number of operators you will need, and the length of your subscription. If you decide to subscribe within the time frame of your trial period, you will be not be charged until you reach the end of your free 30 day trial period. Please note that we do not offer refunds on payments that have already been processed and you, as the subscriber, are responsible for all of the charges of your Online Live Chat subscription.

Cancelling Your Online Live Chat Subscription

You are free to cancel your Online Live Chat subscription at any time you desire with no cancellation fee. You may do so by accessing the Subscription tab on your Online Live Chat control panel. Please note that once you have cancelled your subscription, your account will no longer be accessible, even if you cancel at the beginning of a payment period that has already been processed. Your account will immediately stop working upon cancellation. You will not be refunded any previous payments.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in the event of a faulty product that is due to error on our part. All refunds will be issued electronically and returned to your account. Online Live Chat will never issue cash refunds. Errors in operating systems or factors outside of Online Live Chat are no covered. If you discover an error in our software, please report the problem to us immediately. Continued use signifies your acceptance of the product in its current state and no refund will be given.

Compliance with Terms & Conditions

All Online Live Chat subscribers should thoroughly read and understand our Terms and Conditions. Issues that arise due to misunderstanding or failure to read the Terms and Conditions are not eligible for a refund. As the customer, it is your responsibility to ensure you abide by all the listed terms and conditions outlined by Online Live Chat. We will not be held responsible for actions that do not abide by our terms, including sharing of secure login information with a third party.

Children and Minors

In the event that a payment or transaction is proven to have been completed by a child under the age of 13, no refunds will be given. A minor under the age of 13 lacks contractual capacity.
