The installation process has been something we’ve been looking to improve over the last few weeks. How do we make it easier for you to install OnlineLiveChat, without any technical skills?
In an article late last year, Forbes said 17% of websites are built on WordPress – and it is, by far, the world’s leading content management system.
With that in mind, we set out on a quick little project… a Quick Install Plugin for WordPress!
Simply install and activate our new plugin called OnlineLiveChat Live Chat. Once installed, you’ll see a “OnlineLiveChat” item in your left sidebar. Click on it and enter your unique token (found on the “Get Started” page on your dashboard)… and that’s all folks!
You’ll still manage your account (triggers, payment, design) through onlinelivechat.com, and it’ll automatically send all your changes directly, in live time, to your website.
